How long does it take to create my event website?
Standard turnaround is approximately 7-10 business days once we've received your completed questionnaire and all of the photos, details and other materials needed to build your site.
Need it sooner? Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
When does my turnaround time begin?
Your turnaround time begins once your questionnaire is complete and all required event materials have been received — not on the date you purchase your package.
The sooner we have everything we need, the sooner we can make your shindig sweet!
Can you match my invitation or event theme?
Absolutely! If you already have an invitation, color palette, theme or other event design, you can upload it with your questionnaire and we'll use it as inspiration for your site.
Don't have any of that figured out yet? That's okay too. Give us your colors, event details and general vibe, and we'll take it from there.
Do my guests need to download an app or create an account?
Nope! Guests simply visit your event website from their phone, tablet or computer. They can view the details and RSVP directly from the site — no app or account required.
Can I ask guests custom questions when they RSVP?
Yes! Depending on your event, we can collect information such as guest names, plus-ones, meal selections, dietary restrictions, allergies and other details you need to plan your event.
How will I keep track of who's coming?
Your RSVPs are collected and organized behind the scenes, so you don't have to piece together a guest list from texts, Facebook comments and DMs.
Depending on your package, we can also provide a final guest list and reports for things like meal selections and dietary restrictions.
Can you send invitations to my guests?
Yes! The Sweet Spot and The Whole Shindig can include email invitation delivery when you provide us with your guest email list. Your guests can click directly from the invitation to your RSVP website.
Custom digital or printed invitation design is also available as an add-on.
Can my guests receive text reminders?
Yes. The Whole Shindig includes SMS guest communication, including RSVP confirmation and event reminders.
Guests must provide appropriate consent to receive text messages, and applicable messaging fees may apply
Can I make changes after I see my website?
Of course. Every package includes revisions before launch.
Sweet & Simple includes one round of revisions, The Sweet Spot includes two, and The Whole Shindig includes three.
Additional revisions or major changes after approval can be quoted separately.
Can I use my own event domain?
Yes! Your site will come with a One Sweet Shindig event URL, but you can add a custom event domain for an additional fee plus the cost of the domain.
For example, instead of a standard One Sweet Shindig link, you could have something personalized specifically for your event.
How long will my event website stay live?
Your site will stay live for 30 days after your event.
